Conversation Printer privacy policy
Updated October 24, 2026. Conversation Printer for HighLevel is provided by Shellful Innovations LLC. Contact info@si-digital.com about privacy, support or your account.
This policy covers the commercial edition and its account and subscription features. The extension is available in the Chrome Web Store. The internal printing-only edition does not use account or payment features.
Conversation processing stays in your browser
When you request a preview, the extension reads the supported conversation open in HighLevel. It handles available message text, displayed contact and sender labels, dates, times, conversation events, the source conversation URL and identifier, and available attachment links. It may scroll the selected message panel to gather accessible history. Current filters and unavailable history can limit the result.
This conversation information is processed locally to prepare your print preview. The extension does not upload it to Shellful Innovations or the account service. It does not read your GHL password or authentication cookies, collect general browsing history, or fetch attachment contents.
The working transcript remains in memory while its preview is open. Closing the preview releases that working copy. Successful logout in the commercial edition clears the transcript from the preview. This is not a promise of secure erasure from browser or operating-system memory. PDFs you save and pages you print remain under your control.
Local settings and sign-in
The commercial edition saves your optional business heading, sign-in email and session token in the extension's local browser storage. Successful logout removes the current session and revokes it on the account service. Your business heading remains available for later previews. Removing the extension removes its extension storage; saved PDFs and printouts are separate.
Commercial account information
When you activate the commercial edition, your email, verification code, session token and selected plan are sent to the account service as needed to verify ownership and manage access. The service stores account and trial records, hashed verification codes, hashed session tokens, payment-provider identifiers, paid access periods, rewards, and refund or dispute state. Codes expire after ten minutes and sessions after thirty days. Expiry prevents use; it does not mean every related record is deleted at that instant.
Production account connections use HTTPS. Requests expose the connecting IP address to hosting infrastructure. The application uses hashed address and email buckets to limit abusive requests. Conversation text, customer identifiers, the conversation URL and your optional business heading are excluded from account requests.
Payments
When you purchase a subscription, payment and billing changes take place on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe processes payment details you enter there. Our service receives the records needed to manage payment and access. The extension does not receive your full payment card details.
Support, providers and use of information
Report a problem opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Automatic report fields contain only the extension version and a limited preparation-status value. Support receives your sender details, your report and any attachments you choose to include. Please remove customer information before sending examples or screenshots.
Our support inbox and sign-in email delivery use Google Workspace. Vercel hosts the SI Digital website and the Conversation Printer account service. Neon PostgreSQL stores commercial account, verification, session and access records in the US East region. Production account data is kept in a separate database from test data. Stripe processes subscriptions and payments. These providers process the network, delivery, account or payment information needed to provide their services. They do not receive conversation transcripts from the extension.
We use information to provide printing access, handle billing, respond to support requests and maintain service security. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it for credit or lending decisions. The extension and these printer pages contain no analytics or advertising SDK.
Conversation Printer follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use and transfers are restricted to the disclosed user-facing functions, necessary security work and applicable legal obligations. Humans do not read personal communications except with consent for a specific support request or another exception permitted by that policy.
Retention and your choices
Account, billing and support records are retained to administer access, resolve support and payment issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Trial expiry or removal of the extension does not automatically delete a commercial account. There is currently no automatic age-based deletion schedule for account, billing or support records; deletion requests are handled manually through support. Expired sessions are cleaned up during subsequent sign-ins, and expired abuse-prevention counters are cleaned up during rate-limit checks. A verification-code record may remain after it expires until it is replaced, used successfully or removed during account cleanup.
Hosting, database, payment and email providers may retain operational logs and recovery copies under their service settings. Deletion from active application records may not immediately remove those provider copies. Saved PDFs and printed pages remain under your control.
Email info@si-digital.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify ownership. Records required for billing disputes, security or applicable legal obligations may need to be retained. A deletion request does not itself cancel recurring billing; use Manage billing or ask support for assistance. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
We will update this policy as the product changes. Contact support with any questions.
